Pasquine Consulting (formerly Custom Web Design, Inc.) was formed by founder/owner, Charlie Pasquine, in 1997, while the web was still in its infancy. The company’s strength lies in requirements definition, solution architecture and custom web-based application development.
We get great satisfaction in sitting down with our clients to learn about their current processes which may be troublesome, error-prone, inefficient or rooted in older technologies, and proposing more streamlined online solutions which leverage newer internet technologies. The more personable approach employed by Pasquine Consulting for two decades has proved successful and has forged many long-term customer relationships.

Our approach has always been to develop custom
web applications in order to give the client exactly what is needed and
nothing else.
Once your web application is developed it needs to be
hosted on a web server at a hosting facility (data center) so that it can become
accessible to your users and customers around the globe.
Before entering the development (coding) phase,
it is critical that we have a firm and comprehensive understanding of our
client’s business goals and system requirements.
